Emergency or urgent repairs include:

  • Burst water service
  • Blocked or broken toilet
  • Serious roof leak
  • Gas leak
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious fire or storm damage
  • A breakdown of the water, gas or electricity supply to the premises
  • Failure or breakdown of any essential service such as hot water service, stove/oven
  • Any fault that causes the premises to be unsafe or not secure
